- Bus Eireann: Full details are available from the Bus Eireann website. Regular services, including early morning services, are available from most urban centres.

- Irish Rail: Technically travel by train is possible from all train stations but check that they will actually get you there on time.

- By Car: Probably the best bet, especially if you don't have accommadation locally. Parking is available under the indoor stadium for a small daily fee. Parking is available elsewhere on the AIT campus but clamping is in operations so be warned.
